The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. For paid bookings, check-in is from 02:00 PM to 11:00 PM. For unpaid bookings, check-in is from 02:00 PM to 06:00 PM. If the guest plans to check in later than the specified time, guests are asked to contact the apartment representative. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. Immediately after booking, guests should contact the property to arrange the time of check-in. If check-in is on the day of the booking, then check-in takes place in available time windows. Contact information is provided on the booking confirmation. The second and subsequent sets of bed linen are provided at an additional cost.
