The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Check-in is contactless and requires a coded safe. Guests can contact the administration from 09:00 AM to 11:00 PM. For late-night arrivals, please arrange their arrival time in advance. For guests with pets and under 25 years of age, the deposit may be increased. The deposit is refundable within 24 hours of check-out, subject to cleaning and inspection of the apartment. Smoking is prohibited. Parties and events are not permitted. An additional fee is charged for each guest in excess of the first. Pets are permitted by prior arrangement and require an additional fee and an increased deposit. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to individual approval. Video surveillance is installed in the building's entrance hall and in the common hallway.
