The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk is open 24/7. Not all hotel rooms have city views. Availability of a view in the room must be confirmed with the hotel. Breakfast is not included in the price of an extra bed and is charged separately. An extra bed is available for children under 14 years old. Russian citizens: adults (aged 14 and over) must present a valid internal passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation upon arrival (passports and driver's licenses are not accepted). All children (under 14) must present a birth certificate. If the child is traveling with a relative (excluding parents) or a guardian, documents confirming his right to accompany the child must also be presented upon arrival. Foreign nationals: adults and children must present a valid passport, visa and migration card upon check-in.

Additional Fees

The following fees and deposits are collected by the property at the time of service, check-in or check-out. According to the Government Decree No. 1853 of 11/18/2020 (clause 18), Minors under the age of 14 are required to check in the hotel with the documents of their parents (adoptive parents, guardians). If the accompanying persons are not legal guardians, they are required to provide the notarized consent form of the legal guardians (one of them) and the birth certificate of the minors. Minors aged 14 or above, in the absence of legal representatives next to them, are required to check in the hotel with his/her identity document and a notarized consent form from the legal guardian (one of them).
