Our approach

You can book accommodation anywhere today. We do that too. But for us, booking is the beginning, not the end. We stay with you throughout your journey. We help you navigate a city you’ve never been to before. We suggest places you wouldn’t have found on your own — where to have breakfast, where to go in the evening, how to get around more easily and quickly. We solve problems if they arise. We rejoice when everything turns out as you wanted. Everyone has that friend — the one who lives in the city you’re going to, and who makes the trip completely different. They won’t just send you the hotel address. They will meet you, tell you about the area, warn you where it’s better not to have dinner, and suggest things you wouldn’t have thought of. We are building Livin to be that friend for every traveler. Especially for those who are traveling alone and don’t have such a friend in that city.

What matters to us

We are interested not in the moment of payment, but in what happens afterward — check-in, the stay itself, check-out. The entire experience from the first step into the room to the last. Every decision in our product is made with this in mind. We know the places we offer from the inside out. City by city, neighborhood by neighborhood — not superficially, but in a way that allows us to understand who each place truly suits. A family with a child needs one thing. A couple — another. Someone who came to work — a third. We take this into account because it’s in these details that the difference lies between "I had a decent night" and "I want to come back here." We think not only about the guest. Hosts and hotels that receive the right guests create a better experience. They invest, care, do something special — because they see that it is appreciated. And a guest who had a good time tells others about it. We are building a platform around this connection between host and guest, not around a stream of faceless bookings.
