Livin is a travel platform for booking accommodations: hotels, apartments, and guesthouses around the world. Booking is done online in a few minutes, confirmation is received immediately and is always at hand — in the app and personal account.

Specify your travel dates and number of guests — Livin will show available options with current prices. Choose the suitable one and pay online: booking is confirmed immediately, confirmation will be sent to your email and will appear in the 'Trips' section.

With a Visa or Mastercard bank card — on the website and in the app. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also available in the app. Some rates offer two-stage payment: part of the amount at the time of booking, the remainder closer to the trip.

Yes. Cancellation conditions depend on the rate and are visible before payment: many options offer free cancellation until a specified date, while non-refundable rates are cheaper. You can cancel the booking in the 'Trips' section, and the money will be returned to the card you paid with.

Arrive at the check-in time from the confirmation. At the reception desk, state the last name under which the booking was made and show your ID. The confirmation is always available in the app — it can be printed if necessary. If you booked an apartment or accommodation without a reception desk, please contact the details from the booking confirmation in advance to arrange how to get the keys.

Yes. When booking, please provide the name and surname of the guest who will check in. The confirmation will be sent to your email — you can forward it to the guest.
