Front desk opening hours 08:00 - 22:00. In case of late check-in, guests have the option of walking up to the hotel during night skiing at the resort. Days of night skiing need to be clarified further. On night ski days, the cable car from the Medeu station to Combi 2, where the hotel is located, will operate from 06:30 PM to 10:30 PM. This means that the ascent from Medeu stations must begin no later than 21:00, since the road from Medeu stations to the hotel takes 1 hour. The route on the cable car is as follows: Medeu, then Shymbulak, then Kombi 1 and the final station Kombi 2. Also, electric taxis cost KZT 4000.00 one way between the Medeu and Shymbulak stations. QR tickets for the cable car are sent to the guest on the day of arrival via a messenger app. Guests receive full information a day earlier also via a messenger app. Guests must contact the hotel in advance or provide contact information in advance. The hotel is located at an altitude of 3200 m, guests are advised to carry a tablet against altitude sickness and aspirin just in case. Guests are asked to plan arrival and departure times based on the cable car's operating hours. Since the hotel is located in the highlands, the hotel administration recommends choosing clothes according to the weather conditions and taking into account the cooler air temperature at altitude. Taking into account the high-altitude location of the hotel, baggage transportation includes a cable car ride and short walking trips. For maximum convenience, the hotel recommends traveling with light, carefully thought-out luggage. Individual baggage assistance can be arranged for an additional fee. Guests can reach the Tenir eco-hotel by cable car from the Medeu base station. The route includes three sections: Medeu to Shymbulak (gondola cable car) — travel time is approximately 22–24 minutes; Shymbulak to the Middle Station (Kombi-1) — approximately 12–13 minutes; Middle Station to the 3200 Station (Kombi-2) — approximately 7–8 minutes. Cable cars operate according to the Mountain Resort schedule. Evening hours vary depending on the season and resort regulations. A hotel stay does not include unlimited use of the cable car. When descending to the lower stations during the day, an additional ticket may be required for the return trip to the hotel.
