PAYMENT PROCEDURE DESCRIPTION

Payments by bank cards are made through Freedom Pay. VISA and MasterCard cards are accepted for payment. The service of online payments is provided in accordance with the Rules of the international payment systems Visa and MasterCard, ensuring confidentiality and security during the transaction. Modern methods of verification, encryption, and data transmission through secure communication channels are used. Entering bank card details is done on a secured payment page of FreedomPay. You will need to enter your card number, cardholder's name, card expiration date, and the three-digit security code (CVV2 for VISA or CVC2 for MasterCard). The required details are printed on the card itself. The three-digit security code is located on the back of the card. You will then be redirected to your bank's page to enter the 3DSecure code, which you will receive via SMS. If you don't receive the 3DSecure code, contact your bank.

Payment refusal cases:

1.1. The bank card is not intended for online payments. Contact your bank for details.1.2. Insufficient funds on the bank card. Contact your bank to check the balance.1.3. Incorrect bank card details entered.1.4. The bank card has expired. The expiration date is usually on the front of the card (month and year). Contact your bank for more details.1.5. For questions regarding payment via bank card or other site-related issues, contact us at +7 771 718 63 95. The personal information you provide (name, address, phone, email, bank card number) is confidential and will not be disclosed. Your credit card data is transmitted only in encrypted form and is not stored on our web server.

Refund policy:

Cash refunds are not possible for card payments. The refund process is regulated by the rules of international payment systems. The refund procedure is governed by the booking cancellation rules on Livin, available on the website. If you are eligible for a refund, Livin will return the money to the same account from which the payment was made. The time to receive the refund depends on your bank or card issuer.
